I wish to take the time to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put forward in securing me and my fiancee' a new house. I have had dealings with you on two occasions before. Each time it has been a pleasure. You have shown a
professionalism and dedication to your clients that I have not seen before in this profession.
The first time that I had dealings with you was when I purchased my first house in Harrisburg. I had been to a number of different agencies, with fruitless results. Not only did they not show me any houses suitable for me, but they did not even
take the time to listen or show me a house in the area I desired. I was running out of time and was losing my patience. My lease was close to expiring on the apartment I was renting. You immediatley listened to my concerns and after narrowing in on what type of house, area and price range I desired, you set about delivering the perfect match
for me, which I purchased.
My latest encounter with you gave me even greater pleasure since I gave you an almost impossible task. My request was to find a house with at least 5 acres or more of land. This had to be in a certain school district (Newport) and have a price I could afford. Again after some preliminary showings, you found me the perfect house. However, you did not stop there but continued to work with me. You helped sell my house, keeping me informed of any minor inconveniences that could occur. Basically you made sure all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" dotted with both the sale and the
purchase of the house's. You even arranged to have them both settle on the same day.
I am truly impressed with the dedication and professionalism you have shown throughout this ordeal. You have always been there, answering any and all questions that I put forrth to you.
In summary, you displayed the qualities of a very conscientious, dependable, highly motivated and resourceful real estate agent. I would highly recommend you to any of my friends and relatives.
