My name is Tracee Carter. I am a licensed REALTOR whose lived in the Central PA area with my husband and 3 children for the past 15 years. I am a graduate of Clarion University of PA with a Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. I am also a Certified Tax Preparer. Prior to obtaining my Real Estate License, I've held positions such as Quality Control Auditor, Underwriter and Management in the Healthcare and Telecommunications Industries. I've also worked in Direct Sales. I am also an experienced Real Estate Investor, investing in rental properties and helping families realize their dream of affordable housing and home ownership for several years. I am also familiar with various types of mortgage financing programs. I am a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Central Penn Multi-List. I am also an active member of the Administrative Ministry at my local place of worship.
